Our Story
Peza Nyumba (meaning "Find a Home" in local language) was born from a simple observation: finding property in Zambia was unnecessarily difficult and often risky. Scattered listings across Facebook groups, WhatsApp, and notice boards made it hard to find what you're looking for, and the prevalence of scams made trusting listings even harder.
We created Peza Nyumba to solve this problem. Our platform brings together verified property listings from across all 10 provinces of Zambia, making it easy for anyone to find their next home, office, or investment property.
